During this course you will learn how to facilitate and support both the SCRUM team, Product Owner and the organization in agile ways of working.

YOU WILL LEARN THE SCRUM THEORY AND PRACTICE, AND HOW TO CONVEY THIS TO OTHERS THROUGH FACILITATION, COMMUNICATION AND COACHING.

COURSE IS MEANT FOR:

Scrum masters, team members, team leaders, leaders and others who want to learn more about how to create value in their own organization.

Prerequisites: It is recommended to read the Scrum Guide before addending the course.

To be awarded the certification, you will need to pass an online multiple choice exam with a score of 80% or better.
