In her role, she is working with management and teams, creating a workplace that inspires, where people are enlivened, enthusiastic, and can't wait to get there in the morning.
She conducts experiential training and workshops through discovery-based learning. Her true passion is facilitation. She believes that to have a performing Agile team, Facilitators need to be at the top of their game!
