ThE PRODUCT OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THE PRODUCT(S) WE ARE DELIVERING WILL PROVE VALUABLE FOR THE MARKET.

A PRODUCT OWNER MUST UNDERSTAND HOW TO CAPTURE THE MARKET NEEDS BY ACTIVLY COMMUNICATING WITH CUSTOMERS, ENDUSERS, STAKEHOLDERS AND THE DEVELOPERS. AND HOW TO TRANSLATE AND DESCRIBE THIS INTO A BACKLOG THAT AGAIN HAS TO PRIORITIZED BASED UPON BUSINESS VALUE.

During this course you will learn HOW TO FULFILL THE ROLE AS A PRODUCT OWNER IN A GOOD WAY AND DELIVER SUCCESSFUL PRODUCTS.

COURSE IS MEANT FOR:

Product owners, managers and otherwise all who are responsible for creating value for customers and their own organization..

Prerequisites: It is recommended to read the Scrum Guide before addending the course.
